INITIAL
CONTACT / NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Upon initial contact we normally meet with clients at their sites
to begin the process of evaluating needs and expectations. We believe
that the contacts we make initially are the key to developing relationships
and mutual trust in our process. When possible, we prefer to review
the site in its existing condition with a client, to determine specific
needs. At this time, we also begin the process of quantifying specific
areas for mowing, mulching, etc., for our use in proposal preparation.
Many times, clients will provide service schedules to assist us
understanding their needs.
We typically enter into 12 month service agreements (annually renewable
on March 1 of each year) with our clients with a thirty day cancellation
clause available to each party. As the bulk of our work occurs from
March through October, we normally prorate contracts to reflect
work performed to date in the event of contract cancellation.
