CONSTRUCTION

The construction phase of the work usually begins with the securing of a building permit (if required) and a notice to proceed from the client and ends when the work is considered substantially complete. Our role in the construction process is primarily in quality control, maintaining design integrity and assisting the client in taking advantage of opportunities to improve upon the work in progress as they occur. In many cases, we will also secure and superintend sub-contractors performing specified work in the contract.

Again, we believe the design build process offers the greatest benefit to our clients in that it offers flexibility and opportunity to improve upon proposed work as the work progresses.
