DEVELOPMENT & PHASING
Upon completion of design development
and approval of a site plan, our task then becomes assigning an estimate
of probable costs in order to install and complete the work. Our preference
is to provide a complete plan and estimate for a given site with the
understanding that most residential clients (90%) prefer to work in
phases with slightly smaller budgets or approximations toward the
larger goal. I would add that we are quite adept at conceiving and
meeting budgets requested by our clients.
As our commercial clients may also require the preparation of construction
budgets and phasing for use in securing interim construction financing,
we are pleased to provide this service as a component when requested.
